Hack Holdings – Return & Refund Policy

At Hack Holdings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we’ve outlined a fair and transparent policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

1. Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

  • Item must be in its original condition (unused and undamaged)
  • Item must be in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. All returns are also subject to acceptance by our suppliers. Approved refunds will be subject to a minimum 25% handling fee.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 21 working days.

  • Refunds will not be accepted after 7 days of receipt.
  • Hack Holdings is not liable for any damage occurring during return shipping. Items damaged in transit will not qualify for a refund.

3. Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email [email protected] with photos and details of the issue. We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement as quickly as possible.

4. Incorrect Purchases

Please ensure the product you select is suitable for your needs and compatible with your setup. Hack Holdings cannot be held responsible for incorrect purchases, so carefully review product specifications and compatibility information before placing your order.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product, or
  • An error made by Hack Holdings

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Impact screens and software
  • Personalized or custom-made products

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
