Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hack Holdings Sports Management. We aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and efficient delivery experience. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Areas

We ship throughout South Africa, covering all major cities and towns. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times or additional fees.

Global Shipping: We also ship internationally. A custom quote is required for all international orders due to varying courier rates and destination requirements. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote before placing your order.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. International orders will receive a separate quotation.

3. Delivery Times

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities & metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: 5–10 business days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Custom Orders: Products such as impact screens, hitting nets, JuCad trolleys, simulator components and certain specialised items may require up to 2 weeks for dispatch. Lead times will be confirmed when your order is placed.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 11h00 on business days are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

5. Courier Services

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by external factors such as weather, strikes, or peak seasons.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Hack Holdings Sports Management cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

7. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. If you do not receive your tracking information, please reach out to us at [email protected]

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 24 hours. Damaged packaging must be noted on the courier’s Proof of Delivery. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
